This was my dad's radio. He purchased it a couple years or so after I bought a Triton IV, about 35 years ago. Unfortunately he never got his code speed up to 13 WPM. The rig just sat until he passed away in 2002. I restrung the dial cord, that had stretched, but other than that I was perfect. NEVER USED... asking $650 for the 540...$125 for the PS, it also has an audio system VOX mic connection etc...keyer (one of the very best ever made, $120...mic push to talk etc $80 (very rare) ...
